Returns & Refunds

At Le Lab, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@lelabjewellery.com.au with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Please pack your item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: For returns due to defects or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once the returned item is received, we will send you the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@lelabjewellery.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as processing delays can occur. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@lelabjewellery.com.au.
