Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to cater to your needs:
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):
- Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 1 - 2 Business Days
- Free Standard Shipping: On all Domestic Orders
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or directly through the shipping provider's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Le Lab is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs department. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your jewellery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@lelabjewellery.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Le Lab is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at hello@lelabjewellery.com.au immediately.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
